Features and Benefits

Easy and economical installation

The nets are laid out on the levelled foundation surface and then the filling is laid out and packed. There is no need for a highly specialized team to install ViaBlock. Besides, the blocks are light and cheap to transport.

Suitable for remote areas

It is possible to install ViaBlock in places inaccessible to bulky and heavy machinery: it is easily assembled without a crane. The product is made of small blocks as opposed to other solutions that are usually made of one big concrete panel.

Flexibility

With ViaBlock, it is possible to form walls with various heights and shapes, such as concave or convex arches. You can choose different angles: vertical, slope, or terrace walls between 82 to 90°.

Strength

This retaining wall can handle extreme surcharge loads. With a proper surface treatment, ViaBlock is long-lasting and durable with a service life of around 50 years.

Eco-friendly solution

Concrete facing blocks are made of natural materials, and the geosynthetics are toxin-free and harmless for the environment.

FAQ’s

This is text that will be here so that it looks nicer. something

How are UltraCor® structures different from other ViaCon bridge solutions?

They are stronger and wider than SuperCor®, Hamco MP200plus®. As opposed to CON/SPAN, they are made of steel and not concrete so they are more ecological and 30-40% more cost-efficient. And unlike Acrow® 700XS®, they are applicable for buried solutions but take a bit longer to install.
